05/28/10 - Javier Moreno Aleman, Letramed Asjusa managing partner, he participates as a speaker at the XIII Congress of the Spanish Association of Healthcare Risk Management AEGRIS. His speech is part of the table, "New Parameters patient safety law "which addresses the" Criteria judicial evaluation of medical expert evidence in the contentious process administrative". 05/28/10 - Federico de Montalvo acts as a professor in the Master of Bioethics organized by the Department of Bioethics and Biojurídica and Lain Entralgo Agency. His speech will focus on the analysis of two ethical-legal dilemmas, one about the refusal of children to vaccines and the second on the request of a person undergoing a sex-change surgery to eliminate his background as a man of history clinical.

05/14/10 - Federico de Montalvo spoke at a seminar on decentralization Regional Europe, organized by the Faculty of Law University of Cardiff. His presentation addressed the effects of Decentralization in the party system of the countries with parliamentary government.

04/06/10 - Federico de Montalvo taught a class on preventing problems laws in the exercise of emergency medicine, within a course Lain organized by the Agency and for professionals Entralgo Health of the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid.

03/03/10 - Federico de Montalvo participates as a lecturer in the Master of Bioethics at the University King Juan Carlos and the Master of Clinical Medicine of the same Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Federico de Montalvo has addressed, on their first date, ethical and legal problems of the refusal of treatment in the field of hunger strikes.

In the Master of Clinical Medicine, speaks to students, medical residents and Fuenlabrada Hospital Alcorcón, legal risks and common pitfalls of medical practice.

10/28/09 - Federico de Montalvo, managing partner of ASJUSA LETRAMED, will give on Wednesday, 28 October a conference at the headquarters of the Medical College on Medical Liability in pediatric services. This service is particularly sensitive to complaints and it is important to know the correct course of action to try to minimize these actions, avoiding the maximum legal conflict. Will be discussed in depth the risk of pediatricians in care to children and will present real cases as examples of situations that can be found daily in their professional work and how to solve them effectively. The event will take place at 20:00 h. at the Madrid headquarters of the WTO at the Plaza de las Cortes n º 11. 28014 Madrid.

10/23/09 - Javier Moreno Alemán, managing partner of ASJUSA LETRAMED and professor of law (ICADE) will give a workshop on The role of family in medical liability arising out of healthcare, as part of the Symposium on The Family Disease organized by the Institute of the Family, belonging to the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. The appointment will be the next 22 and 23 October in Madrid at the headquarters of this University in the calle Alberto Aguilera.

10/23/09 - Federico de Montalvo participating in a panel discussion on "The Family of terminal illness within the Conference on The Family Disease organized by the Family Institute at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, at its headquarters in Madrid. Federico de Montalvo provide vision on the autonomy of the will in the end of life.

9/22/09 - Federico de Montalvo given two lectures on medical liability at the Hospital Insular in Las Palmas. One of them addressed to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, attended by 60 doctors, and the other to the Manager and Head of Service. The conferences were sponsored by the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology Canaria.

9/19/09 - Federico de Montalvo, managing partner of ASJUSA LETRAMED and professor of Constitutional Law ICADE, gives a lecture at the prestigious Georgetown University (Washington DC) within the International Congress on Constitutional Law held by the International Association of Law Schools (IALS).

Federico de Montalvo came as a representative of the Faculty of Law (ICADE) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. The Association brings together www.ialsnet.org law schools in the world, including North American higher profile, such as Georgetown and Harvard. In Spain up just the same Icade and Instituto de Empresa, which represented at this meeting Calvo-Sotelo. The meeting was attended by Deans of Faculties and more than 150 professors of constitutional law and discussed various problems of current constitutional law, such as the role of Parliament in the new states, the government, the problem of gender policies or the problem of the veil and religious symbols. Federico de Montalvo in his paper addressed the problem of multi-territorial operation of our parliament.

8/28/09 - Federico de Montalvo participates in a panel discussion on living wills in Mexico City, under the biennial congress celebrates the Iberoamerican Society of Medical Law (SIDEM). The scientific society brings together the leading experts on medical law and legal medicine throughout Latin America, also including Spain and Portugal. The meeting was attended by representatives from over fifteen countries and raised more topical themes that have been raising in the field of medical law. Federico de Montalvo stated the problems that the regulation of advance directives is in Spain. Latin American countries pay special attention to the doctrinal and legislative developments and court decisions that occur in Spain in relation to medical law. Throughout the days of Congress, was always present the situation of the various problems in our country.
