12/04/11 - Members of the team of Miguel Nieto Márquez de Prado, Miguel Santiago Ors Bravo, Francisco José Alonso Jiménez Belén Pérez Bravo. Trainer: Eduardo Asensi, Letramed ASJUSA office, obtain the Diploma in computer semifinalist in the 50 th anniversary of ICADE moot. The competition was to the simulation of a legal suit that reflected current legal questions related to the import of technology products to the EU from the U.S. and possible conflicts of liability and unfair competition arising from the breakdown of negotiations. Participants had to solve the many legal issues raised by the case cut both procedural and substantive, in accordance with Spanish law and jurisprudence at the time of publication of the case. Participation was very high with 104 students, integrated into 29 teams. The purpose of the faculty with the moot is to foster the development of activities that bring the study of law within its sphere of practical application, facilitate the development of competencies and skills associated with professional practice, promote exchanges of experiences and strengthen the contact between current students and alumni. For the organization, the competition was a success and faculty raises organize it again next year, opening the invitation to students from other universities in the Community of Madrid.
